Our sustainability framework is based on helping older people to live better lives. We contribute to society’s sustainable development when elderly people in need of support and assistance can use our technology to live more independent, safer and better lives. We provide our community customers with the tools they need for the effective use of resources.

Careium holds certification under the international standards for quality, ISO 9001, the environment, ISO 14001 and information security, ISO 27001 and we support Agenda 2030 and the UN’s 17 Global Sustainable Development Goals.

Goal 12: Sustainable consumption and production

We aim to choose materials for our products that demonstrate strong environmental performance throughout their entire life cycle, from sourcing raw materials to recycling. Our focus is on promoting circular product usage, emphasising high rates of reuse and recycling. Additionally, we prioritise products that are easily remediable and feature replaceable parts.
