One organisation offering this new generation of service-led solutions is Europ Assistance based in Saint-Denis, Paris. Europ Assistance were looking for a product that would be reassuring and safe for seniors living at home, but also for their family caregivers. It was important that it was discreet and and that avoided the stigma often associated with remote assistance devices.
